Counselling and Psychotherapy

My training in transactional analysis gives me a broad range of approaches for work together in counselling or psychotherapy. With further training in trauma-focussed psychotherapy. Practising with an inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming ethos. In-person and online.

I can help you move from feeling lost, confused, anxious, stuck, numb, or overwhelmed... to a place where things make sense, where there’s a way forward, and you feel in charge of your life.

I can help you understand your unique situation so that you can make clear and solid choices that work for you. Making positive changes in your life, and your relationships.

I can help you to uncover, discover, and to re-connect with the real ‘you’. The 'you' that might be hoping to be found. The inner ‘you’ that might have once been hidden or pushed away because you had to get through something really tough. Something you had to survive.

Combining transactional analysis with trauma-focused approaches, I offer you a versatile counselling and psychotherapy. I can adapt my style and approach to suit your needs. To help you work out what you want or where you want to go, and how to get that.
